This procurement seeks to enhance physical security at the Dallas VA Medical Center through the replacement and installation of Avigilon cameras: - Government Buyer: - Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office 17 - Office: Dallas VA Medical Center - OEM Highlight: - Avigilon is the specified and sole OEM for all camera equipment - Vendors/Products Requested: - Replacement of eight (8) rooftop PTZ cameras with Avigilon 8MP PTZ cameras (model 8.0C-H5A-IRPTZ-DP36-WP) - Includes associated mounting hardware (WLMT-1001) and POE injectors (POE90U-1BT) - Installation of three (3) new cameras in the Executive Office: - Two units: Avigilon 8.0C-H6A-D2-IR - One unit: Avigilon 32C-H5A-4MH - Installation of Category 6A Ethernet cabling, camera programming, testing, and certification - Unique/Notable Requirements: - All work must be performed at the Dallas VA Medical Center - Contract is set aside for Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSB) - Contractor must provide all labor, materials, and supervision for installation, programming, and certification - No option years; this is a one-time procurement and installation - Place of Performance: - Dallas VA Medical Center, 4500 S. Contractor shall replace eight (8) exisiting PTZ cameras with new Avigilon 8MP PTZ cameras and prvide and intall three (3) new cameras as outlined within the Statement of Work.
