This opportunity involves the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Omaha District, seeking a contractor for comprehensive lawn maintenance services at the Fort Peck Dam Area in Montana. - Government Buyer: - U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Omaha District (DEPT OF DEFENSE, DEPT OF THE ARMY, US ARMY CORPS OF ENGINEERS, ENGINEER DIVISION NORTHWESTERN, ENDIST OMAHA) - Fort Peck Project Office - OEMs and Vendors: - No specific OEMs or vendors are named; contractor must provide all equipment and supplies. - Products/Services Requested: - Mowing, trimming, bagging clippings, debris removal (trash, tree limbs, pinecones), and seasonal maintenance (spring dethatching, autumn leaf removal) for: - Powerplant tract (up to 24 mowings/year) - Interpretive Center tract (up to 24 mowings/year, plus spring maintenance) - Administration Building tract (up to 24 mowings/year, plus spring maintenance) - Autumn maintenance event - Services must meet specified turf height, trimming, site preparation, and cleanup standards. - Contractor provides all labor, equipment, and PPE; government provides only disposal location and vehicle signs. - Unique or Notable Requirements: - Set aside for small businesses under NAICS 561730 (Landscaping Services) - Firm fixed price contract; contractor must comply with safety, environmental, and quality assurance standards - Offerors may arrange their own site visits - No services required during inactive periods (winter months) - Period of Performance: - Base year plus four option years (total up to five years) - Active service each year from May 1 to November 30; inactive from December 1 to April 30 - Place of Performance: - Fort Peck Dam Area, including Powerplant, Interpretive Center, and Administration Building tracts, Fort Peck, Montana

This solicitation will be 100% set-aside for small business. 

Project Description: This is a non-personal services contract to provide lawn maintenance for the Fort Peck Dam Area Services include mowing and trimming and picking up any trash or tree limbs and pinecones in the mowing areas designated in the Performance Work Statement. This area includes separate tracts: The Powerplant, Administration Building and the Interpretive Center.

Active Period: May 1, 2026 through September 30, 2026

Inactive Period: October 1, 2026 through April 30, 2027

Option Year 1: May 1, 2027 through April 30, 2028

Active Period: May 1, 2027 through September 30, 2027

Inactive Period: October 1, 2027 through April 30, 2028

Option Year 2: May 1, 2028 through April 30, 2029

Active Period: May 1, 2028 through September 30, 2028

Inactive Period: October 1, 2028 through April 30, 2029
