Description
This is a SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE for market research purposes only to determine the availability of potential businesses with capabilities to provide the service described in the Statement of Work (SOW) / Performance Work Statement (PWS). Potential offerors are invited to provide information via e-mail to natalie.acevedo@va.gov. All responses will be used to determine the appropriate acquisition strategy for a potential future acquisition according to Performance Work Statement (PWS). Potential contractors shall provide, at a minimum, the following information to natalie.acevedo@va.gov: 1) Name, address, point of contact name, phone number, and e-mail address. 2) Brief capability statement with enough information to determine if the company can meet the requirement. The Capabilities Statement for this sources sought is not expected to be a Request for Quote (RFQ) nor does it restrict the Government to an ultimate acquisition approach but rather provide a short statement regarding the company's ability to provide the services as detailed in the Statement of Work. Any commercial brochures or currently existing marketing material may also be submitted with the capabilities statement. 3) Statement attesting, they are properly certified in accordance with the SOW/PWS. The capabilities will be evaluated solely for the purpose of determining the appropriate acquisition strategy for this requirement. The Government must ensure there is an adequate competition among the potential pool of available contractors using SBA website. This synopsis is for information and planning purposes only and is not to be construed as a commitment by the Government nor will the Government pay for information solicited. This synopsis is not a solicitation announcement for Request for Quote (RFQ). No formal solicitation document exists at this time, and no contract will be awarded from this announcement.

PERFORMANCE WORK STATEMENT SUMMARY: The Contractor shall provide all labor, supervision, supplies, materials, equipment and transportation to perform all operations in connection with the Integrated Rodent and Pest Management (IPM) program tasks as specified herein. All work is to be performed by qualified/certified applicators in accordance with all requirements and regulations, Federal, State and local, governing the service requested and in accordance with the contractor s Procedures Manual and Quality Control Manual. Provider of service shall be available to be on-site within four (4) hours of requested service by the Contracting Officer Representative (COR). All work associated within this Statement of Work shall be completed during normal business hours, unless otherwise noted by emergency or in Attachment Four. Normal business hours are typically 7:00 am to 4:30 pm Monday through Friday, exclusive of 3. 3. Federal Holidays (or other mutually agreed upon time) on the designated day as agreed upon by the COR and the Contractor.
