The U.S. Embassy Bangkok, under the Department of State, is seeking a contractor to deliver a high-quality, creative drone show for America's 250th Anniversary celebration near Icon Siam, Bangkok, Thailand. - Government Buyer: - U.S. Embassy Bangkok, GSO/Procurement, Department of State - Products/Services Requested: - Drone show services using 300 drones for a large-scale public event - Includes creative design, event coordination, and delivery of branded digital content for social media - Contractor must secure all local permits and provide Defense Base Act insurance for employees - Optional additional drone shows may be requested and priced per show - Quantities & Details: - 1 main drone show (300 drones) - Optional additional shows (quantity as requested) - Unique/Notable Requirements: - All necessary permits and insurance must be secured and documented prior to the event - Creative design and animated previews are required as part of deliverables - All pricing must be in Thai Baht - Offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) - No specific OEMs or drone manufacturers are named in the solicitation - Place of Performance: - Icon Siam, Charoen Nakhon Road, Klongsan, Bangkok, Thailand - Contracting office: U.S. Embassy Bangkok, 120-122 Wireless Rd., Lumpini, Pathumwan, Bangkok, Thailand
Description
Enclosed is a Request for Quotations (RFQ) for drone show services in the vicinity of Icon Siam in Bangkok, Thailand. If you would like to submit a quotation, follow the instructions in Section 3 of the solicitation, complete the required portions of the attached document, and submit it to the address shown on the solicitation.
The U.S. government intends to award contracts to responsible companies submitting acceptable offers at the lowest prices. We intend to award contracts based on initial quotations, without holding discussions, although we may hold discussions with companies in the competitive range if there is a need to do so.
Offerors shall be registered in the SAM (System for Award Management) database at https://www.sam.gov prior to submittal of their offer/proposal as prescribed under FAR 4.203-1. Failure to be registered at time of proposal submission may deem the offeror’s proposal to be considered non-responsible and no further consideration will be given. Therefore, offerors are highly encouraged to register immediately if they are interested in submitting a response to this requirement.
