This opportunity seeks vendors to provide fuel and related support services for the 2026 Legacy of Liberty Airshow at Holloman Air Force Base, New Mexico. - Government Buyer: - Department of Defense, Department of the Air Force, Air Education and Training Command, 49 CONS PK - Products and Services Requested: - 2,385 gallons of 100 Low Lead (100LL) AVGAS fuel for aircraft including B-25, C-47, P-40, P-47, and P-51 - Fuel, smoke, and oil support services, including trained personnel, fuel trucks, and safety equipment - Technical and Compliance Requirements: - Compliance with MIL-STD-3004 and ASTM D910 fuel standards - Coordination with Airshow leadership - Contractor must provide all necessary personnel and equipment for safe fuel handling - Unique/Notable Requirements: - Support for both rehearsal and two-day airshow event - Up to 90 days post-event for after-action reporting and contract closeout - Limited ground support equipment and access passes provided by government upon request - No specific OEMs or vendors are named in the solicitation; vendors must demonstrate relevant expertise, certification, and authorization

Holloman AFB, NM is seeking information of interested vendors for fuel and related services for 2026 Legacy of Liberty Airshow. This requirement entails services IAW attached Statement of Work (SoW).

The contractor shall be capable of fulfilling this requirement in its' entirety. NOTE: Further revisions or changes may be made and sent out with any future solicitation (if and when a solicitation is issued). This Sources Sought is issued solely for information and planning purposes only and is not a Request for Proposals or Quotes (RFP or RFQ) or an obligation on the part of the Government to acquire any services. Responses to this sources sought are not offers and cannot be accepted by the Government to form a binding contract. The Government reserves the right to determine how it should proceed as a result of this notice. Furthermore, those who respond to this sources sought should not anticipate feedback with regard to its submission. The Government will not pay any cost incurred in response to this sources sought. All costs associated with responding to this sources sought will be solely at the responding party's expense.
