Description
GAOA Powell Duplex Improvements, Nez Perce-Clearwater National Forest. The project consists of removing and replacing the existing roof(s), water damaged Structurally Insulated Panels (SIP), some structural members in the roof and walls of an existing residential duplex. The Contractor shall provide all materials and labor necessary to complete the work in a professional workman like manner and in accordance with attached specifications and manufacturer’s installation instructions and drawings. The Powell Duplex is a 2-story, 2-units with 3-bedroom family housing residences. These are family housing for staff at Powell Ranger Station. The building is relatively new, with the plans dated 1994, but has been significantly damaged by water intrusion.
