The U.S. Air Force at Joint Base San Antonio (JBSA) Lackland is seeking contractor services for the removal and replacement of the Hole 18 Golf Cart Bridge (B490). - Government Buyer: - Department of Defense, Department of the Air Force - 502 Civil Engineering Squadron and 502d Contracting Squadron (502 CONS CL) - Location: JBSA Lackland, Texas - Products and Services Requested: - Removal and off-site hauling of the existing Hole 18 Golf Cart Bridge - Provision and installation of a new prefabricated steel bridge: - Minimum 8 ft width, 85 ft length, 8-ton load capacity - 42-inch high steel railings with corrosion-resistant powder finish - Black preventative compound on steel - Pressure-treated Douglas Fir wood decking, resistant to moisture, fungal decay, and insects - ADA-compliant concrete approaches - Site preparation, landscape shoring, retaining wall blocks, vegetation removal - Daily site cleanup, silt barrier installation, and full site restoration - Warranty documentation and safety compliance - Unique or Notable Requirements: - Bridge must be ADA compliant - All work must be completed within 120 days from contract award, with work to start within 10 days of award - Set aside for SBA (Small Business Administration) participants - Compliance with attached wage determination - Site visit required prior to bid submission - No specific OEMs or part numbers are identified in the solicitation or attachments.

This is a Solicitation for the removal and replacement of: Hole 18 Golf Cart Bridge (B490) at Joint Base San Antonio (JBSA) Lackland, in a manner that will provide a structurally sound pre-fabricated bridge to allow the safe conveyance of pedestrians/golf carts. Vendors must refer to the attached Request for Quote (RFQ) and Performance Work Statement for all information, to include special notes and instructions, pertaining to this requirement.

Vendors shall respond to this RFQ by reviewing and filling out the attached RFQ Document and submit via email to Miranda Garza; email: miranda.garza.2@us.af.mil and Lauren Macias; email: lauren.macias.1@us.af.mil by the date and time noted within this Notice. Questions/Concerns shall be submitted to the above POC's NO LATER THAN Thursday, 2 April 2026 at 12:00PM CST. Questions and/or concerns submitted after the date and time noted above will not be accepted, nor considered.

Please refer to ALL attachments pertaining to this Solicitation Notice. The attached Request for Quote (RFQ) must be filled out and returned. All interested vendors must provide response by the due date and time displayed in this notice.
