The U.S. Air Force at Joint Base Elmendorf-Richardson (JBER), Alaska, is seeking information from industry for performance-based services related to kitchen hoods and duct exhaust systems across multiple base facilities. - Government Buyer: - U.S. Air Force, Pacific Air Forces, 673d Contracting Squadron (FA5000 673 CONS LGC) - Place of performance: Joint Base Elmendorf-Richardson (JBER), Alaska - OEMs and Vendors: - No specific Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) or vendors are named in the notice or attachments - Products/Services Requested: - Comprehensive service for kitchen hoods and duct exhaust systems, including: - Cleaning, inspection, preventive maintenance, repair, and certification - Grease removal, equipment protection, labeling, and documentation - Special maintenance projects as needed - Compliance with NFPA 96 and manufacturer standards - Service coverage for multiple facilities (DFACs, food courts, child development centers, youth centers, and recreational facilities) - All labor, equipment, and materials must be provided by the contractor - Unique or Notable Requirements: - Personnel must be certified and comply with all safety, security, and environmental regulations - Contractor must coordinate schedules with facility managers and maintain a quality control program - Services must include labeling and documentation for compliance and inspection - Work must be performed at a variety of federal facilities on JBER, including dining and recreational venues
