The U.S. Air Force at Hill Air Force Base, Utah, is seeking a complete Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA) system for its Industrial Wastewater Treatment Plant (IWTP): - Government Buyer: - Department of Defense, Department of the Air Force, Air Force Materiel Command, Air Force Sustainment Center, FA8201 AFSC OL H PZIO office at Hill Air Force Base - OEMs and Vendors: - No specific OEMs or vendors are named in the solicitation - Products/Services Requested: - Complete integrated SCADA system (hardware and software) for monitoring and controlling industrial wastewater treatment processes - RTU controllers (on-site and remote) with distributed control software and modular hardware - Two central servers (Intel Xeon Quad Core, 32 GB RAM, RAID 1, redundant power, Windows Server 2022) - Operator workstations (Windows 11) - Communication network equipment (Ethernet over copper/fiber, Cat 6 cabling, media converters, backup power) - NEMA Type 12 and 4X enclosures for controllers - Spare parts (10% fuses/lamps, one spare each of key components) - Services: - Installation, start-up, and commissioning labor - On-site operator and maintenance training (minimum seven business days plus follow-up) - Factory start-up and defect correction support - One-year warranty (parts/labor, 24-hour response, next-day parts delivery, seven years of free software updates) - Remote interactive and telephone support for system ownership duration - Unique or Notable Requirements: - System must support up to 100,000 I/O points - Compliance with electrical and cybersecurity standards - Detailed alarm/event logging and graphical sequence programming - Extensive training and long-term software update support - Remote access and support capabilities - Place of Performance: - Hill Air Force Base, Utah (IWTP compound)

Hill Air Force Base requests information of sources capable of providing support for the Industrial Waste Treatment Plant’s (IWTP) control system. The goal of this work is to furnish a completely integrated Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA) system to monitor and control industrial waste treatment processes located in the IWTP compound located at Hill AFB.
