Integral Care is seeking a qualified vendor to provide Food Pantry Operations Support and Onsite Event Services at its facilities in Austin, Texas. - Government Buyer: - Integral Care (Travis County, Austin, TX) - OEMs and Vendors: - No specific Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) or vendors are named in the solicitation - Products/Services Requested: - Comprehensive food pantry operations support, including: - Grocery retrieval and delivery - Inventory management, unpackaging, and shelving - Staffing and management of live pantry events - Participant intake and shopping assistance - Shelf monitoring, restocking, and food safety compliance - Onsite event flow management - Unique or Notable Requirements: - Vendors must demonstrate operational capacity and adequate staffing - Compliance with food safety standards is mandatory - Relevant experience in similar services is required - Only one contract award is anticipated - Contract includes an initial one-year term with up to three optional one-year renewals - Attachments referenced: - Key Persons List, Services Description, Assurances Document, Rate Sheet
Description
Integral Care is seeking proposals from qualified vendors to provide comprehensive support for food pantry operations and onsite event services at designated locations. The scope includes grocery retrieval, inventory management, delivery, unpackaging, shelving, staffing live pantry events, participant intake, shopping assistance, shelf monitoring, restocking, maintaining food safety standards, and managing event flow. The contract is expected to start around September 1, 2026, with an initial one-year term and up to three optional one-year renewals. Vendors must demonstrate operational capacity, staffing, food safety compliance, and relevant experience.
