This opportunity seeks contractor support for hydraulic oil offload, disposal, and onload services for the U.S. Navy at Naval Base Point Loma, San Diego, managed by Portsmouth Naval Shipyard (NAVSEA). - Government Buyer: - Portsmouth Naval Shipyard (U.S. Navy, NAVSEA) - Products/Services Requested: - Offloading, transport, and disposal of approximately 4,500 gallons of 2190-S hydraulic oil and 500 gallons of 2075 TH hydraulic oil from a Navy vessel - Delivery and onloading of 4,000 gallons of new 2190-S hydraulic oil (MIL-DTL-32353) and 500 gallons of new 2075 TH hydraulic oil (MIL-PRF-17672 E) - Contractor to provide all pumping, containment, and sampling equipment - Compliance with EPA and California environmental regulations and PNSY laboratory analysis - OEMs and Vendors: - No specific OEMs or vendors are named; oils must meet MIL-DTL-32353 and MIL-PRF-17672 E standards - Unique/Notable Requirements: - All hydraulic oil must meet strict military and particulate contamination standards (SAE AS 4059 Rev.
