NNSY - Norfolk Naval Shipyard intends to issue a sole source firm fixed price solicitation to procure 1 Rotor & Shaft Complete Assembly HAN/ PART NUMBER 7495G1.

The solicitation is intended to be unrestricted in business size, other than full and open competition after exclusion of sources.  This solicitation and award will be made under FAR 13.5 procedures.

This is a notice of intent to award a firm fixed price, on a sole source bases to Hansome Energy Systems under the authority 10 U.S.C. 2304 (C) (1), as implemented by FAR 6.302-1 only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. All items shall be new. No refurbished or used items will be accepted. THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTES.
