SOURCES SOUGHT SYNOPSIS ANNOUNCEMENT
Naval Supply Command Fleet Logistics Center Puget Sound (NAVSUP FLCPS) is posting a sources sought synopsis as a means of conducting market research to identify parties having an interest and recourse to support A CUSTOM MOORING SYSTEM for A Small Boat Moorage Facility at NAVAL STATION EVERETT.
The applicable North American Industry Classification System {NAICS) code assigned to this procurement is 326299 with a small business size standard of 650 employees.
The results of the market research will contribute to future procurement process decisions. No feedback or evaluations will be provided regarding any submissions on the sources sought. Please provide responses NLT 27 March 2026 at 12:00 p.m. Eastern Standard Time.
The results of the market research will contribute to the determination that only one or more multiple responsible sources exist that have the required capabilities and interest.
DESCRIPTION:
The Sources Sought for the Mooring System design requests the following items:
Naval Station Everett requires a custom-engineered mooring system for its Small Boat Moorage facility. The system must be compatible with existing concrete floats (5 - 15ft x 16ft) and designed to handle the specific environmental conditions of the location in the pacific northwest.
Elastic mooring technology for a minimum quantity of 20 anchor blocks with chains to include miscellaneous equipment (such as titanium components for extreme corrosion resistance, etc.) and install services required to support the mooring system installation.
