Description

The Naval Air Warfare Center Weapons Division at China Lake, CA intends to procure on an other than full and open competitive basis the following items: Steel Plates.  This requirement is sole sourced Chapel Steel, 4200 NW Yeon Avenue, Portland OR due to size and material weight to be squared/sized/and threaded appropriately. A400 steel W 97.000 L 481.000 Thick 3.000 weight 198.479 

 This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals; however, any firm believing it can fulfill the requirement identified above may submit a written response to Virginia Dennison at virginia.j.dennison.civ@us.navy.mil no later than 5 days after the date of publication of this notice, which shall be considered by the agency. The response shall reference solicitation number N68936-26-SIMACQ-D550000/E550000-0156 and provide a capability statement that clearly indicates the firm’s experience, assets, background, and ability to perform the required work without compromising the quality, accuracy, reliability, and schedule. 

All responsible sources must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database at the following website: https://www.sam.gov/portal/public/SAM/.
