Description
The University of Georgia is soliciting design professional services for the construction of the School of Nursing Building, Project No. J-459-DP, located in Athens, Georgia. The project involves comprehensive planning and design services including schematic, design development, and construction documents for a new approximately 70,500 gross square feet facility to accommodate up to 500 BSN students and graduate nursing programs. The design professional will work closely with the university and a commissioning agent to ensure the building is attractive, energy-efficient, durable, and meets campus design guidelines.
