Description
The City of Lawrenceville is soliciting competitive sealed bids for the Grizzly Parkway Sidewalk Project. The project involves constructing approximately 725 linear feet of new 5-foot wide concrete sidewalk along the western right of way of Grizzly Parkway, between two roundabouts and Northdale Connector Road. The scope includes installation of concrete sidewalk, 24-inch RCP, concrete headwalls, clearing, grading, fence removal and replacement, traffic control, erosion control, grassing, coordination with residents, and cleanup. Bids are due by 2:00 PM on April 23, 2026, with a pre-bid conference scheduled for April 9, 2026.
