Description
The City of Atlanta, on behalf of the Department of Finance, is initiating a Multi-Step Sealed Bid process starting with a prequalification phase followed by an Invitation for Bid (IFB). The procurement involves installation of modular suspended pavement systems, tree planting, and ongoing maintenance to support urban canopy expansion and streetscape improvements primarily in Downtown Atlanta. Vendors will be prequalified based on experience in urban infrastructure construction, landscaping, excavation, and installation of modular suspended pavement systems, along with organizational capacity and proper licensing in Georgia. The selected supplier(s) will be responsible for high-quality construction, compliance with City standards, and long-term sustainability and maintenance of the urban tree canopy.
