Description

The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and  non-personal services necessary to perform custodial cleaning services of three (3) buildings in  the Administration Compound for the U. S. Army Corps of Engineers, Coralville Lake Project, as  defined in this Performance Work Statement (PWS) except for those items specified as government  furnished property and services. The contractor shall perform to the standards as specified in this contract.

This posting is for a small business only under NAICS code 561720.  All offers are due no later than 12pm on Monday, 6 April 2026.

Any late offers or offers that do not reflect what is specified in the PWS will not be considered.
