To all potential offerors and interested parties,
This notice is to provide an update regarding the anticipated award schedule for the following Chief of Naval Operations (CNO) Availability solicitations:
N00024-26-R-4438 USS WICHITA (LCS 13) FY26 DSRA N00024-26-R-4410 TRUXTUN (DDG 103) FY26 DMP N00024-26-R-4417 USS SAN ANTONIO (LPD 17) FY26 SRA
Due to unforeseen delays in the appropriation of funds, the Government has revised the estimated award dates for these contracts. We are working diligently to resolve these funding issues and proceed with the awards as soon as possible.
The updated estimated award dates are as follows:
Contract New Estimated Award Date
USS WICHITA (LCS 13) FY26 DSRA On or about 27 March 2026
USS SAN ANTONIO (LPD 17) FY26 SRA On or about 27 March 2026
USS TRUXTUN (DDG 103) FY26 DMP On or about 27 March 2026
Please Note: These dates are current estimates and are subject to change based on the final availability of funding. The U.S. Navy remains fully committed to these requirements and values the continued partnership and patience of the industrial base.
Offerors are advised to continue monitoring SAM.gov for any further updates. No response to this notice is required. All terms and conditions of the original solicitations remain in effect unless otherwise specified in a formal amendment.
