This opportunity involves supporting the 2026 Warriors Over the Wasatch Airshow at Hill Air Force Base, Utah, with comprehensive crowd control and barricade services. - Government Buyer: - Department of Defense, Department of the Air Force, Air Force Materiel Command, Air Force Sustainment Center (FA8201 AFSC OL H PZIO) - Hill Air Force Base, Utah - OEMs and Vendors: - Anticipated vendor: Interstate Barricades, LLC - Products and Services Requested: - Crowd control and barricade services, including: - 860 crowd barriers (bicycle fence) - 235 drums (175 + 60) - 355 delineators - 40 sign stands - 600 event cones - 5 4x4 signs with stands - 4 specialty signs with stands - 2 arrow boards - 15 barricades without light with paper sign - Traffic control plans (full and minimal, non-engineered, per sheet, as required) - Delivery, installation, maintenance, and removal of all equipment - Unique or Notable Requirements: - Contractor must provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and transportation - All work must comply with federal, state, local, and Department of Defense regulations, including MUTCD standards - Services include off-base traffic management and must follow government-provided layouts - Full-service support required, not just equipment rental

THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR QUOTE (RFQ). THE GOVERNMENT WILL NOT PAY FOR ANY COSTS ASSOCIATED WITH RESPONDING TO THIS PRESOLICITATION. 

The Government intends to issue a Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) sole source solicitation/contract to Interstate Barricades, LLC  (Cage Code 4FXP6).

The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, transportation, delivery, installation, maintenance, and removal necessary to support traffic management and crowd‑control operations for the 2026 Warriors Over the Wasatch Airshow at Hill Air Force Base (HAFB), Utah. All work shall comply with federal, state, local, and Department of Defense (DoD) regulations, including MUTCD standards.
