Description
The City of Lawrenceville is seeking sealed bids from qualified contractors for the Grizzly Parkway Sidewalk Project. The project involves constructing approximately 725 linear feet of new 5-foot wide concrete sidewalk, 20 linear feet of 24-inch reinforced concrete pipe, and two concrete headwalls along the western right of way of Grizzly Parkway. Additional work includes clearing, grading, fence removal and replacement, traffic control, erosion control, grassing, coordination with residents, cleanup, and temporary fencing. A pre-bid conference is scheduled for April 9, 2026, and bids are due by April 23, 2026.
