The City of Miami Gardens is seeking a qualified team to manage and operate the City of Miami Gardens Performing Arts Center (CMGPAC). - Scope of Work: - Full-service operation of the Performing Arts Center - Artistic programming and event curation - Facility operations and maintenance - Marketing, branding, and community engagement - Financial management and revenue generation - Staffing and day-to-day operations - Requirements: - Alignment with the City's strategic vision and community priorities - Implementation of an outsourced operational model - Performance expectations set by the City - No specific OEMs, vendors, part numbers, or product quantities are identified - Focus is on comprehensive management services, not product procurement

This solicitation seeks a qualified and experienced team to provide comprehensive programming, management, and operational services for the City of Miami Gardens Performing Arts Center. The selected proposer will be responsible for full-service operation including artistic programming, event curation, facility operations and maintenance, marketing, community engagement, financial management, and staffing. The City intends to implement an outsourced operational model aligned with its strategic vision and community priorities. A non-mandatory pre-proposal meeting will be held via Zoom on April 1, 2026.
