Description

Oakland University is soliciting proposals for software solutions that provide space utilization and occupancy sensing/real-time monitoring. The RFP includes two components: A) space utilization and B) occupancy sensing/real-time monitoring. Vendors may bid on either component or supply a combined solution. The scope is for a cloud-based, scalable software covering 40 buildings and 3.3 million square feet on campus, with the possibility of phased implementation. Proposals are due by November 17, 2025.
