Description
The project studies neuroinflammation in genetic Alzheimer's disease and Down syndrome using [11C]-CS1P1 PET imaging and blood and biofluid measures. It plans to longitudinally scan 125 participants over five years to examine how neuroinflammation relates to amyloid and tau accumulation.
