Union of Pan Asian Communities

Union of Pan Asian Communities (UPAC) is a multicultural behavioral health organization in San Diego dedicated to empowering diverse, underserved communities through culturally sensitive mental health, addiction recovery, and community development programs. Serving over 7,000 clients annually, UPAC offers services in more than 30 languages and operates social enterprises to support youth employment and community well-being.
