The Illumination Foundation

Illumination Health + Home is a Southern California nonprofit dedicated to ending homelessness through integrated housing, healthcare, and supportive services. Established in 2008, they provide emergency housing, recuperative care, and family-focused programs to build stability and hope for individuals and families experiencing homelessness.
