The Center for Rural Health at the University of North Dakota connects resources and knowledge to improve health outcomes in rural and tribal communities across North Dakota, the region, and the nation. They provide community health assessments, education, and support services focused on diverse health topics including Indigenous health, aging, and behavioral health.
