The Texas Organ Sharing Alliance (TOSA) is a non-profit organization dedicated to saving lives through organ donation. Serving over 7 million people in Central and South Texas, TOSA coordinates organ donation and transplantation, supports donor families, and educates the community to address the critical organ shortage.
