South Texas Regional Advisory Council

The Southwest Texas Regional Advisory Council (STRAC) is designated by the Texas Department of State Health Services to coordinate and maintain trauma and emergency healthcare systems across 22 counties in South Texas. STRAC provides services including trauma care coordination, EMS support, hospital preparedness, injury prevention, and education.
