Rock Valley Community Program

Rock Valley Community Program (RVCP) provides transitional housing and addiction and mental health treatment services in Rock County. Established in 1971, RVCP serves homeless veterans, individuals connected to the criminal justice system, and others needing outpatient care, focusing on evidence-based models and community partnerships to transform lives.
