Preservation of Affordable Housing

Preservation of Affordable Housing (POAH) is a nonprofit organization dedicated to preserving and creating affordable, healthy homes across 13 states and DC. They manage over 146 properties and 14,000 apartments, providing resident services and sustainable property management to support low- and moderate-income communities.
