National Long Term Care Ombudsman Resource Center

The National Long-Term Care Ombudsman Resource Center (NORC) supports state Ombudsman programs by providing training, technical assistance, and resources to advocate for residents in long-term care facilities. Funded by the Administration for Community Living, NORC enhances program management and volunteer engagement to improve resident care and rights.
