magicplan

magicplan is a mobile site-assessment and documentation platform for restoration and property-service teams. Users can create floor plans, record site conditions and moisture readings, and organize photos, videos, 360-degree images, forms, and notes by room. The platform connects field documentation with office workflows and advertises Xactimate integration. Its website also describes scope-of-work and estimating outputs, with that feature identified as coming soon.
