Institute for Family Services (IFS) is a New Jersey-based team of family therapists offering inclusive family therapy, mental health services, training, and liberation-based healing resources. Founded in 1990 by Dr. Rhea Almeida, IFS serves diverse families and communities with a focus on social justice and culturally responsive care.
