Illinois Asphalt Pavement Association

The Illinois Asphalt Pavement Association (IAPA) is a nonprofit trade association representing Hot Mix Asphalt producers and affiliated companies in Illinois. Founded in 1938, IAPA promotes quality asphalt pavement construction through education, research, advocacy, and industry collaboration.
