Houston Hospice

Houston Hospice is an independent, community-based nonprofit hospice founded in 1980. It provides end-of-life care across 13 counties in Southeast Texas, including clinical hospice care, pain and symptom management, grief and bereavement support, and veteran-specific services. Houston Hospice serves patients and families regardless of ability to pay and is a Level 4 partner in the We Honor Veterans program.
