Grandma's House of Hope provides emergency and transitional housing along with comprehensive support services to vulnerable adults experiencing homelessness in Orange County. Since 2007, they have empowered individuals facing various challenges to regain stability and achieve lasting self-sufficiency through compassionate, individualized care.
