Ferrero International S.A. is the parent company of the family-owned Ferrero Group, an international manufacturer of packaged confectionery, snacks, and other food products. Founded in Alba, Italy, in 1946, the Group sells more than 35 brands—including Nutella, Kinder, Tic Tac, and Ferrero Rocher—in over 170 countries.
