Council for International Exchange of Scholars

The Council for International Exchange of Scholars (CIES) administers the Fulbright U.S. Scholar Program, offering fellowships for U.S. scholars to conduct research and teach abroad, as well as for international faculty to study in the U.S. With over 400 awards annually in more than 135 countries, CIES promotes global academic exchange and professional development.
