Communities for People, Inc.

Communities for People (CFP) is a nonprofit organization serving at-risk youth and families in Massachusetts and Rhode Island. They provide foster care, adoption, residential programs, independent living support, and home-based family services to help youth thrive and transition successfully into adulthood.
