California Arts Project

The California Arts Project (TCAP) is a statewide collaborative network of educators and scholars dedicated to expanding student access to quality arts education in dance, media arts, music, theatre, visual, and career arts. TCAP provides professional learning, leadership development, and fosters inclusive, equitable arts education for all California students.
