Andrew Fleck Children’s Services (AFCS) is a long-established, multi-service organization in Ontario providing early learning, child care, and family support. Founded in 1911, AFCS offers diverse programs including licensed home child care, EarlyOn centres, and inclusion support, all within a nurturing and inclusive environment.
