Navy Awards $999M Demolition Contract at Hunters Point

The U.S. Navy has awarded a $999 million Multiple Award Construction Contract (MACC) to a joint venture between APTIM Radiological Services, LLC and EnergySolutions for demolition and environmental remediation work at the Hunters Point Naval Shipyard in San Francisco, California, as well as other Base Realignment and Closure (BRAC) sites across the Southwest U.S. The contract includes a two-year base period with three one-year options and task orders ranging from $10 million to $150 million.
