# Plan Commission - November 4, 2026

The City of West Bend Plan Commission met on November 4, 2026. No procurement contracts, bids, or vendor awards were considered. The commission approved a ground-sign exception for a 24-square-foot electronic message center at 1519 East Washington Street, despite staff’s recommendation to deny it. The approval included nighttime dimming and restrictions on animation or changing messages overnight. Commissioners also discussed potentially reviewing the city’s electronic-message-center ordinance; no ordinance change was adopted.

The commission approved the site plan for Server Products’ approximately 160,000-square-foot office and light-industrial facility in TID 17, with possible future expansion to 259,250 square feet. The approval includes staff conditions, including further review of the landscape buffer next to homes. Commissioners also approved the preliminary plat for the Silver Creek subdivision, comprising 350 residential lots. Related infrastructure includes developer-funded improvements within the private development, TID funding for improvements along Rusco Drive, and a possible future roundabout at River and Rusco; Washington County is separately considering improvements at County Trunk Highway P and Rusco, with funding and plans still being determined. These were development and infrastructure approvals, not procurement actions.
