# Common Council November 2, 2026

The City of Oak Creek Common Council meeting on November 2, 2026, approved a five-year extension of the City’s banking services agreement with Tri City National Bank, effective November 15, 2026, through November 15, 2031. The motion authorized the City Treasurer to sign the agreement; the bank will also begin accepting utility bill payments at all four Oak Creek branches in December. The Council approved the October 28 vendor summary report, but the amount is garbled in the transcript and appears as “$1,179,15.76.”

The Council also adopted Ordinance 3165, amending allowable uses in the planned unit development for Rosson Avenue Business Center 2. The amendment allows additional uses, including daycare, delivery/carryout restaurants, offices, medical and dental uses, wholesale, medical diagnostic laboratories, and limited contractor shops or offices, subject to conditions. Other business included commendations, license requests, and approval of a settlement following a closed session; no other procurement actions were clearly identified.
