# Board of Architectural Review  11/03/2026  6pm

The Summerville Board of Architectural Review met November 3, 2026, to review projects under the town’s Historic District guidelines. The board approved the October 6 meeting minutes. It approved an addition and renovations at 115 Marion Avenue, including agreed changes to siding by elevation and use of pre-weathered standing-seam metal roofing; staff may approve the final plans once the discussed revisions are incorporated. The board also approved revisions to the previously approved plans for 108 Rutherford Street, including reducing the rear window count from four to three and removing the door transom.

No contracts, purchasing decisions, budget allocations, or other procurement activity were identified; the items before the board concerned private-property design review.
