# 11/2/2026 Oak Park City Council Meeting (LIVE)

At the November 2, 2026 Oak Park City Council meeting, council approved the consent agenda, including rebidding the 45th District Court mold remediation and restoration project; a $447,491.93 pay application to Eminent Excavating Local LLC for the 2026 Watermain Replacement Project; a final $10,000 payment to Taplin Group LLC for sewer and catchbasin cleaning and inspection; an $11,841 payment to BrightView Landscaping for landscape maintenance; and a $5,823.75 invoice for master planning services. Council also scheduled a November 16 public hearing on Program Year 2027 CDBG fund allocation. During public comment, residents raised concerns about use of the city event hub for a political event; the mayor stated that renting the facility to a private organization does not imply city endorsement. No new facility-use policy was adopted.
