# Stillwater City Council, SUA, and SEDA 11/02/2026

The Stillwater City Council, Stillwater Utilities Authority (SUA), and Stillwater Economic Development Authority (SEDA) met on November 2, 2026. The SUA unanimously approved, 5–0, the purchase and implementation of Routeware waste-management fleet software under HGAC contract FL10-24A for $121,717, funded from the Waste Management Fund. The purchase includes first-year subscription and implementation costs; the estimated annual subscription thereafter is $92,700. The general manager was authorized to sign the agreement and approve the associated budget amendment. The system will support route planning, GPS tracking, service verification, driver safety monitoring, and fleet operations, with no additional staff planned.

During its annual federal advocacy report, SUA heard that $1 million for Stillwater’s Northeast transmission line project was included in FY2026 appropriations, and $750,000 for College Gardens waterline improvements was included in the House FY2027 Interior appropriations bill, though its timing and passage remain uncertain. The report also covered a $30 million Water Resources Development Act authorization for regional storage and waterline improvements; the authority is pursuing future funding, and the authorization itself is not an appropriation. City Council, SUA, and SEDA consent dockets were approved unanimously; no other specific procurement awards were identified.
