# Saco City Council Meeting - November 2, 2026

The November 2, 2026, Saco City Council meeting approved the first reading of a Community Development Block Grant housing assistance program for Blue Haven Resident Cooperative. The state awarded the City $500,000 in CDBG special-project funds to support the cooperative’s planned purchase of Blue Haven Mobile Home Park at 879 Portland Road.
