# USACE Charleston District Seeks Contractor Input

The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) Charleston District will hold an in-person reverse industry day and listening session on November 19, 2026, at its Charleston, South Carolina headquarters. The session will gather contractor case studies and feedback on acquisition strategies and collaborative design and construction delivery methods for future USACE planning. This is market research, not a solicitation. Participation is limited to four companies or organizations, with one or two representatives per organization; registration closes November 12 or when capacity is reached.

- Contractors with experience in collaborative delivery can register by **November 12, 2026**, or sooner if the four-organization limit is reached. The session is scheduled for November 19.
- USACE is seeking input on Other Transaction Authorities (OTAs), Progressive Design-Build, Design-Build to Budget, and Integrated Design and Construction (IDAC). These discussions may inform future acquisition planning, but do not constitute a request for proposals or guarantee future work.
- Firms considering participation should prepare relevant delivery case studies and feedback on acquisition methods, and account for the one-to-two-representative limit.
